There’s no contact form on this site. A form needs a server to collect what you type, and not running servers that collect things is the point of Quilleaf. So, the simple way: email.
We usually reply within a few days. The questions page may have your answer sooner.
Help and feedback
Stuck on something, missing a feature, or found something confusing? Write in, and tell us what you were trying to do. Ideas are welcome, small ones too.
Reporting a bug
The more we know, the faster it gets fixed. Please include:
- What happened. What you did, what you expected, and what you saw instead.
- The app version. In the Android app, go to More → Settings & backup. It’s under App updates, for example “Version 0.14.0”. The SMS edition adds “-sms”.
- Your phone. Its model and Android version, usually in your phone’s Settings → About phone.
- For the web app: your browser and device, for example Safari on an iPhone.
- For a bank SMS that was read wrong: the bank, the sender ID shown in your messages app (like “AX-HDFCBK”), and what Quilleaf got wrong. If the wording matters, type it out again with every amount, number, name and reference replaced by X.
Please never send us these
We don’t need them to help you, and we’d rather never have them.
- Bank SMS, as they are, or screenshots of them.
- Screenshots that show balances, account numbers or entries. Turn on Hide amounts first, with the eye on Home, and every amount shows as ₹ ••••.
- Backup files or exports, and never your backup password.
- OTPs, PINs, passwords or card numbers. We will never ask you for them.
Privacy requests
Quilleaf has no accounts and no server that holds your data. Apart from emails you’ve sent us, we have nothing of yours to show you, correct or delete. Your data is with you, and you can see, export, correct or delete all of it yourself: here’s how.
Questions or complaints about privacy are welcome all the same. Write to us, and see our privacy policy.
Security reports
Found a security problem? Email us with “Security” in the subject line. Please don’t include real bank SMS, balances or backup files. Made-up examples are all we need. How we handle reports
